GeometryStateEnvelope

Struct GeometryStateEnvelope

pub struct GeometryStateEnvelope { /* private fields */ }
Description

One accepted coordinate state over an exact immutable reference simplex mesh.

Dimensions two and three share the same wire and validation. Fixed-topology states replay their graph-selected harmonic action from exact driver leaves. A remesh origin retains its source and semantic association; overlap and transfer receipts separately prove the representation change. No connectivity or independently authored mesh velocity is admitted.

Implementations§

§

impl GeometryStateEnvelope

pub fn remesh<M>( source: &ValidatedRemeshGeometrySource<'_, M>, target: &ValidatedMovingSpatialContext<'_, M>, driver_snapshot: &FieldSnapshotEnvelopeV2, coordinates: Vec<Vec<f64>>, ) -> Result<GeometryStateEnvelope, Diagnostic>
where M: ReplayableCanonicalModelArtifact,

Construct the same-time origin of a distinct two-dimensional mesh revision.

This verifies semantic retention and target coordinate quality. Material and current-spatial overlap and transfer correctness belong to their receipts. No same-topology path or velocity is fabricated for a representation change.

§Errors

Rejects changed Model/time, identical meshes, incomplete association, wrong driver lineage or unsupported dimensions.

pub fn validate_against_remesh<M>( &self, source: &ValidatedRemeshGeometrySource<'_, M>, target: &ValidatedMovingSpatialContext<'_, M>, driver_snapshot: &FieldSnapshotEnvelopeV2, ) -> Result<(), Diagnostic>
where M: ReplayableCanonicalModelArtifact,

Replay a remesh origin from its exact dependencies.

§Errors

Rejects changed source, target or derived geometry evidence.

pub fn remesh_source_spatial_state(&self) -> Option<ArtifactDigest>

Exact source state of a remesh origin; absent for fixed-topology origins.

pub fn remesh_source_geometry_state(&self) -> Option<ArtifactDigest>

Exact source geometry at a remesh origin.

pub fn remesh_semantic_association(&self) -> Option<ArtifactDigest>

Semantic association at a remesh origin.

§

impl GeometryStateEnvelope

pub fn new<'a, M>( context: &ValidatedMovingSpatialContext<'_, M>, step: u64, time_s: f64, predecessor: Option<&GeometryStateEnvelope>, driver_snapshot: &FieldSnapshotEnvelopeV2, driver_blocks: impl IntoIterator<Item = &'a DiscreteFieldEnvelopeV1>, coordinates: Vec<Vec<f64>>, ) -> Result<GeometryStateEnvelope, Diagnostic>
where M: ReplayableCanonicalModelArtifact,

Capture an initial state or immediate positive-duration continuation.

§Errors

Returns EQ0901 for stale dependencies, invalid driver leaves or coordinates, non-adjacent step/time, or failed endpoint/path quality replay.

pub fn from_json( bytes: &[u8], limits: MeshDecoderLimits, ) -> Result<GeometryStateEnvelope, Diagnostic>

Decode the sole current wire; dependency replay remains required.

§Errors

Rejects retired schemas, unknown fields, malformed origins or exceeded budgets.

pub fn canonical_json(&self) -> Result<Vec<u8>, Diagnostic>

Deterministic canonical bytes.

§Errors

Returns EQ0901 if serialization unexpectedly fails.

pub fn digest(&self) -> Result<ArtifactDigest, Diagnostic>

Schema-domain-separated identity.

§Errors

Preserves canonical encoding failures.

pub const fn spatial_dimension(&self) -> usize

pub const fn step(&self) -> u64

pub const fn time_s(&self) -> f64

pub fn predecessor(&self) -> Option<ArtifactDigest>

pub fn driver_snapshot(&self) -> ArtifactDigest

Exact Field snapshot selected as the geometry driver.

pub fn current_coordinates_m(&self) -> &[Vec<f64>]

Absolute coherent-SI coordinates in immutable reference-vertex order.

pub fn mesh_velocity_m_per_s(&self) -> Option<&[Vec<f64>]>

Derived velocity; absent at initial and zero-duration remesh origins.

pub const fn reference_minimum_mean_ratio(&self) -> f64

Replayed minimum mean ratio of the immutable reference mesh.

pub const fn reference_minimum_signed_measure_scale(&self) -> f64

Replayed minimum signed measure scale of the immutable reference mesh.

pub const fn current_minimum_signed_measure_scale(&self) -> f64

Replayed minimum signed measure scale of the accepted current coordinates.

pub const fn minimum_path_signed_measure_scale(&self) -> Option<f64>

Replayed path quality; a zero-duration remesh has no same-topology path.

pub fn validate_against<'a, M>( &self, context: &ValidatedMovingSpatialContext<'_, M>, predecessor: Option<&GeometryStateEnvelope>, driver_snapshot: &FieldSnapshotEnvelopeV2, driver_blocks: impl IntoIterator<Item = &'a DiscreteFieldEnvelopeV1>, ) -> Result<(), Diagnostic>
where M: ReplayableCanonicalModelArtifact,

Replay an initial or continuous state from its exact dependencies.

§Errors

Rejects dependency, driver, predecessor or derived-evidence drift.
