Struct CompilationNamespaceId
pub struct CompilationNamespaceId(/* private fields */);Description
Opaque, deterministic identity of one package compilation namespace.
The compiler deliberately does not interpret package names, versions, or digests. L4 supplies their already-verified canonical identity as bounded segments; the compiler adds its own domain separator before using them for elaboration identities.
Implementations§
§impl CompilationNamespaceId
impl CompilationNamespaceId
pub fn new<I, S>(segments: I) -> Result<CompilationNamespaceId, Diagnostic>where
I: IntoIterator<Item = S>,
S: Into<String>,
pub fn new<I, S>(segments: I) -> Result<CompilationNamespaceId, Diagnostic>where
I: IntoIterator<Item = S>,
S: Into<String>,
Construct one nonempty bounded namespace identity.
§Errors
Returns a diagnostic for an empty namespace, empty segment, embedded NUL, or a v1 resource-limit violation.
